This course covers the language you need to describe basic areas of medicine, including: medical equipment, symptoms and diagnosis, medical research and medical ethics. 
At the end of this course, you will learn the English needed for you to discuss medicine and understand some of its complex terminology.
You will also have the foundation to study English in more detail in your fields.
The scope of this course aims to include as much medical language as possible for everyday use, especially for those without a background in the field.
It provides you with the necessary foundation to pursue higher specialist courses in medicine.
